Building Personal Resilience Group Course
Hey
I'm really glad you're here.
Because choosing to do this kind of work—
to pause, reflect, and actually look at what’s going on underneath your stress, your patterns, your reactions…
That already says a lot about you.
This isn’t just another course. It’s a space to reconnect. To yourself. To your capacity.
To something steadier underneath all the noise.
Lead by someone who walks their talk and is constantly learning along the way

Maybe you're functioning.
You’re getting through your days, doing what needs to be done, holding things together in a way that probably looks fine from the outside.
But inside, it doesn’t really feel like that.
There’s a sense of being stretched a little too thin. Like your mind is always on, always scanning, always running through everything that could go wrong or everything you should be doing better. You might notice yourself overthinking the smallest things, reacting faster than you want to, or feeling emotions rise up before you’ve even had a chance to understand them. And sometimes it’s not even reaction—it’s shutdown. Numbness. Distance. Just getting through it.
And maybe the stress doesn’t leave when the situation is over. Maybe it stays in your body. In your shoulders, your chest, your stomach. Like your system never fully switches off. You might already understand yourself quite well. You’ve read, reflected, tried to make sense of it all. You can explain what’s happening. You can name the patterns. You can even see them in real time.
And yet, in the moments that actually matter—in conversations, in conflict, in pressure, in everyday life—it doesn’t always translate.
That’s not a failure. And it’s not a lack of awareness either.
It’s just a very honest sign that insight alone doesn’t create change. Real change doesn’t come from understanding yourself more. It comes from experiencing something different in the moment it matters. Practicing something different when your system is activated. Building the capacity to stay present, even when things feel uncomfortable or intense, and slowly teaching your body that it doesn’t have to react in the same old ways.
Because it’s not just your thoughts that are running the show.
It’s your nervous system. The deeper layer underneath everything you think you know about yourself.
And this work is about meeting that layer directly—so change doesn’t just stay as an idea, but starts to show up in how you actually live, relate, and respond.
What this course is...
This is an 8-week guided group course where we combine:
Well Balanced
Emotions
Focus Easier
Heart-Brain
Connection
Improved
Relationships
You’ll learn how to actually work with your emotions instead of feeling run by them. Through simple, science-backed HeartMath techniques, nervous system regulation, and body-based practices, you’ll begin to recognize what’s happening inside you in real time—and gently shift it. This isn’t about controlling how you feel, it’s about building the capacity to move through emotions with more steadiness, awareness, and self-trust.
We’ll focus on how you show up with others—especially in the moments that usually go sideways. You’ll explore emotional intelligence, communication tools, and personality awareness (including Enneagram insights) so you can understand both yourself and the people around you more clearly. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s more honest, connected, and respectful relationships that feel good on both sides.
When your nervous system is regulated, everything changes—including your ability to focus. You’ll practice simple techniques that help calm mental overwhelm, reduce overthinking, and bring you back into the present moment. This makes it easier to concentrate, make decisions, and follow through—without forcing or pushing yourself.
The Heart of the Work
For most of us, “follow your heart” sounds nice… but also vague. What does that actually mean?
Modern research has shown that your heart has its own nervous system, communicates with your brain, and plays a major role in how you experience stress, emotion, and clarity. When your heart and brain are working together—you feel more:
-
grounded
-
focused
-
calm
-
emotionally steady
-
clear in your decisions
This is called coherence. And it’s something you can learn.
What makes this Course different?
This isn’t passive—you won’t just sit, listen, and forget. You’ll actively practice techniques, reflect on your patterns, and apply what you learn in real life, gently rewiring how you respond to stress over time. Along the way, you’ll have optional journaling prompts, extra resources if you want to go deeper, and small, doable experiments—because real change happens between sessions, not just during them.
What you'll learn- our journey together:
Week 1: Resilience
What resilience actually is (and what it isn’t). You’ll learn your first HeartMath technique and begin building your foundation.

Week 3: Coherence
How heart-brain coherence works and how to create it in daily life.
Week 4: Emotional Intelligence
What you’re really feeling, why it matters, and how to work with it.
Week 5: Heart Intelligence

Going deeper into intuition, inner guidance, and the intelligence of the heart.

Who this course is for:
This course is for you if you often feel stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive and you’re ready for something that actually helps in real life, not just surface-level advice. It’s for you if you want more calm and clarity in your daily experience, and you’re open to slowing down enough to really understand what’s going on inside you rather than just pushing through it. You don’t need to have everything figured out—you just need a willingness to look a little more honestly at yourself and try new ways of responding.
The work here is simple, but not always easy. It will ask you to slow down when everything in you wants to rush, to notice what’s happening in your body and emotions instead of overriding it, and to begin responding differently even in small moments. That can feel unfamiliar at first. But if you stay with it—even imperfectly—you will start to notice shifts in how you feel, how you react, and how you move through your days.
